The Mountain Clubhouse is Aspen Park's community gathering place. Our residents host birthdays, family reunions, receptions and casual get togethers here. The great room is large enough to accommodate all of your special events. We have spacious kitchen and bar areas that make it easy for you to set up parties for family and friends.

We have a large set of tables and chairs conveniently located at the clubhouse so you can set up your parties easily. When your event winds down you can put everything away quickly and be back at home after a short walk.

The Farm Clubhouse is our original clubhouse. Here you can have smaller parties and spontaneous events if the Mountain House is occupied. If you have a large party you can reserve both clubhouses so you have two kitchens and plenty of space for everyone.

Our Farm Clubhouse was originally a residence for one of the founding families of Douglas County. We are proud to have renovated this special home that is part of Gardnerville history. It has now become a centerpiece of Aspen Park. When your family and friends get together you'll be creating new treasured memories in this home that was a part of the "old west".
