Enjoy a relaxing afternoon at our scenic picnic area. We have a capacious area with tables, chairs and built-in BBQs. There are amazing views of the Sierra Nevada which makes it one the favorite features of our park. You'll love hanging out here with all your new friends you'll make at Aspen Park.

Our RV, boat and vehicle parking area is a feature only available to our residents. We also offer electrical hook ups. There is monthly fee for the use in addition to your space rent. We have a large number of spaces so you'll always have a spot waiting for you come up from your adventures.

Keep in shape all year long at the Aspen Park cardio room. We have a quality selection of treadmills and exercise bikes. We also have an elliptical machine. The variety of equipment is popular with residents who want to cross train and keep fit. No matter the season the cardio is always available.

There are so many things to do in Gardnerville. Lampe Park and the Douglas County senior center are only a mile away. You can also walk the historic downtown area where you can shop and dine. Just down the street try your luck at Sharkey's Casino, where they have been serving their famous prime rib since 1971. There is also skiing and hiking in nearby South Lake Tahoe.
